In order to return your item/s please fill in the below “Return Form”.
You must return the purchased item/s intact, in perfect conditions and complete of the original labels (including the original packaging).
In order to avoid receiving back the item/s in ruined conditions, take care of the packing of the purchased item/s. You must use an appropriate box to contain your item/s.
Once received the form information we will send a shipment label by email that needs to be printed and applied outside the box. Once ready parcel must be left at your closer UPS Service Point.
We will refund the amount in 5 working days after receiving the item.
