In the unfortunate case that you’re not completely satisfied with your new sunglasses or frame, you can return them to us with a full refund of the amount you paid for the item.
Return request must be sent within 15 days (starting from the day you receive the order) to have your order eligible for return process.
For a full refund the product must be never worn and returned in perfect conditions with all original packaging and its components
We will refund the amount in 5 working days after receiving the item.
Free return and full refund are not applied on products purchased with a discount during “sales” events.
EUROPE (except for Canary Islands)
– For EU countries we will take care of the pick up of the returning item/s, you will not be charged of any additional cost. In order to start the returning process please fill in the “Return Online Request“.
OTHER COUNTRIES (included United Kingdom)
– For extra-EU countries the responsibility for shipping costs, duties, taxes and logistic will be assumed by the customer. Please contact us at customer@gast-eyewear.com for shipping and delivery details.
