RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your new sunglasses or frames, you may return them to us under the following conditions.

RETURN REQUEST
The return request must be submitted online within 14 days from the delivery date. Requests received after this period will unfortunately not be accepted.

PRODUCT CONDITION
Returned items must be: unused and in perfect condition, returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and components.

SHIPPING COSTS
– For European Union (excluding Canary Islands): returns are managed by us. A €10 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs. No additional costs will be charged beyond the return fee.
- For Extra-EU Countries (including United Kingdom and Switzerland): returns are also managed by us. A €30 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and customs import charges. No additional costs will be charged beyond the return fee.

REFUNDS
You may choose one of the following options:
- Refund issued to the original payment method, once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
- Exchange for another product (any difference in price must be covered by the customer).
- Promo Code / Gift card equal to the refund amount, to be used for future purchases.
